General FAQ

What is air dried and what are the benefits? 

Our dehydrating process is truly unique, as we don’t use mass produced industrial dehydrators. Our bespoke units were designed in-house, with technology that allows us to gently dry our natural pork at controlled temperatures, slowly removing moisture to deliver treats that will last with a delicious crunchy texture. Our gentle drying process ensures that all the flavour and nutrients of our natural pork is retained, so your dog gets all the good bits!  

Where are your treats made? 

Every PAWK treat is produced and packed in Toowoomba, QLD. This facility is 100% Australian owned and operated. 

Are your farms animal welfare accredited? 

Yes! All our farms are certified by the Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance Program (APIQ). This program provides the framework and standards by which Australian pig producers can demonstrate they are responsible farmers who care for their animals, the environment, and their customers, by following safe and sustainable practices. Coupled with ongoing enrichment projects, we continue to lead the industry in maintaining optimal welfare conditions for all animals in our care. 

What are the feeding guidelines for PAWK treats?

PAWK treats are all natural, helping form part of a balanced diet for your dog. Our products are intended as treats and should not form a complete meal.  

Are PAWK treats suitable for all breeds, sizes and ages? 

Absolutely! We have a range of products suited to all different breeds no matter the size or age of your dog. Smaller breeds will love our lung treats , chewy snouts and pork ear strips, whilst larger breeds will stay entertained with our extra-large whole ears and chewy pork pizzles.  

How long do PAWK treats last once opened? 

All our treats will last for 12 months unopened, if stored correctly in a cool, dry environment below 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, our treats will keep for up to 3 months if stored in an airtight container. 

Can PAWK treats help support my dog’s dental health? 

Healthy teeth and gums are essential to your dog’s well-being.  Chewing is a natural behaviour for dogs, contributing not only to their dental health but to their mental well-being as well. Chewing on PAWK all natural treats can help promote the production of saliva, which assists in combating plaque. The PAWK Chew range consists of various shapes, sizes and textures, that help to encourage a healthy chewing action. 

It also helps that PAWK treats are naturally crunchy and full of flavour, which will keep your dog coming back for more! 

Do you offer a quality guarantee? 

We’re confident your dog will love our natural Australian pork treats, but if for some reason you or your dog are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our treats, we’ll replace the product or provide a full refund of your purchase price. Please see our policies and procedures in the footer menu.

Shipping FAQ

What are your delivery charges?

We work with our postage partners to ensure that you receive the best possible shipping prices for every order. Each delivery fee is charged based off your location and will be visible when you add your PAWK treats to your cart and select your delivery address. 

How long before my delivery arrives?

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location. We dispatch orders within 2 business days, and most orders are received within 3-5 business days following dispatch. 

What is your returns policy?

If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of our products, we’ll do our best to work with you to understand the issue. Click here to view our full refund policy.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes we do! Delivery timeframes can vary based off your location, but we deliver to every state across Australia. 

My parcel did not arrive, what do I do?

We issue a tracking number for every order. Please follow the link to track your parcel directly with your shipping provider. If the shipping provider cannot locate your parcel, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
