Pawk Pet Co Pty Ltd offers delivery nationwide utilising Australia Post. We do not accept international orders / delivery addresses that are outside mainland Australia and Tasmania.

Dispatch times:

Pawk Pet Co Pty Ltd aims to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days of an order being placed. In some busy periods, or due to stock delays, this time frame may extend. You will be contacted at your email address provided to us should there be any significant delays to your order. 

Shipping Timeframes:

Pawk Pet Co Pty Ltd products are shipped through Australia post. Shipping timeframes will depend on your location and the processes of our shipping provider, but standard orders are typically delivered between 2-6 business days after the order is dispatched.

Pawk Pet Co Pty Ltd also offers express shipping through Australia Post. The delivery timeframe for an express order is typically between 1-3 business days after the order is dispatched.

Pawk Pet Co Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery which occur due to Australia Post delays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, labour strikes etc.).

Shipping Rates:

We offer $8.99 flat rate shipping Australia wide and free shipping on orders with the value of $99 or above.
